Kim Richter was a 1st Team Collegiate All-American at Tufts University and stands third in the all-time record books for most goals scored in a 4 year career. She has coached lacrosse at the high-school, middle school, and youth level for 12 years.

Lynn Dwyer was a Division I, NCAA National Champion at Harvard University where she was also selected to the All-Ivy League Team. Directly out of college, Lynn taught lacrosse at the international level before founding SCOOP Lacrosse.
